Whether your fur child is recovering from surgery, needs medication on a strict schedule, or needs a slower pace due to age, our TLC suite offers a calm, nurturing environment WITH adjustable play time accommodations.
All friends boarding in our TLC family style suites stay in their own suite within our team member's home. This allows your fur child time to relax, sleep and eat without worry of another friend in their space.

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Serenity Break: After a morning of adventure, the resort shifts into a quiet "chill and recharge" mode. This is the perfect time for guests to nap, eat their lunch or lounge in their climate-controlled rooms to regain their energy

7:00 AM | Rise & Shine: Our overnight guests begin their day with a brisk morning stretch in the crisp mountain air to "take care of business" before retiring to their private suites for a prepared breakfast.

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Social Exploration: The main event begins! All guests gather for outdoor exploration and social play across our sprawling Yards.
--Early Arrivals: Guests arriving before the 9:00 AM play time will enjoy a quick "nature break" before relaxing in their suites to ensure everyone begins the social play together.

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Back to the Playground: The fun resumes with another session of social outdoor festivities.
--Daycare Visitors: Our day-trip guests continue their outdoor fun until their personal chauffeurs arrive for evening pickup.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Sunset Dining: Our boarding residents head inside for a gourmet dinner service.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | The Twilight Wiggle-Out: One more opportunity of starlight play and a last bathroom break to shake out those "wiggles" before the day ends.
7:00 PM | Lights Out: All residents settle in to their private suites for a restful night’s sleep.
